Bcos the last few years I ran with the normal kind of school shose, add on to my lousy running technique( I don't even think you can count it a technique), I failed it 3 years repeatedly. Well for the first time. The retest I either just pass or pass by a little.

Reason number 1: I can't stop at the end probably. Need like 3 small steps to stop.
Reason number 2: Floor slippery, slip and fall due to lousy friction.
Reason number 3: Always because of nervouness miss the blocks and trys to no avail to grab hold of the blocks.
Reason number 4: My reaction is always very slow, hence when the teacher says "GO" I will stand on the spot for like 1 second then go.

Pull up was quite a disappointment.

And I found out the middle one was much easier.
Don't ask me why, joey agrees too.

Double-jumped.
First time was quite huge and i got 160cm
Well you can see from the results that Idouble jumped.
Second time teacher said a bit only, and i got 150cm.
Hahahaa.
Oh well.
I guess I have to try stopping my leg from jumping twice.
